Barong and Kris Dance
The Barong and Kris dance is one of the most iconic dance-dramas on the island, on par with Legong and Kecak dance performances. The dance brings to life the classic 12th century tale of good versus evil known as Calon Arang on stage. Barong, a benevolent spirit in beast form, must protect the kingdom from the wrath of the widow and witch queen, Rangda.
Celuk Village
Celuk Village is actually an area located along Jalan Raya Celuk near Ubud – Sukawati. The area is very famous for its silver and gold handicrafts, especially jewelry, with many silver and gold galleries lining both sides of the road.
Tirta Empul Temple
Tirta Empul is a major temple complex and mountain holy spring in the village of Manukaya in central Bali. The site is the setting of a traditional story of good versus evil. It is also a national cultural heritage site.

The Tegallalang rice fields are nestled in a valley that offers excellent views of the terraced rice fields and the surrounding green landscape. Together with the rice fields in Pejeng and Campuhan villages, Tegallalang rice fields are three of the most stunning terraced rice fields in the Ubud region.
Ubud Monkey Forest
Ubud Monkey Forest is a nature reserve and temple complex in Ubud, Bali. The forest is home to around 340 monkeys known as Long-tailed Monkeys (Macaca fascicularis). There are four groups of monkeys that each occupy a different territory in the park.
